No need to diet – get body confident

Body confidence is not about how you look on the outside; its all about how you feel on the inside. As women we can feel comfortable and confident at any age if we are confident within.

Ten tips to create a confident self image:

1. Stop comparing yourself to others, as you will always feel intimidated if you do this.
2. Look beyond the image in the mirror and see the talented and creative person that you are.
3. Celebrate your unique qualities and optimise your best features.
4. Love and appreciate all that your body does for you. You are perfect just the way you are.
5. Walk tall, pull your shoulders back and carry yourself with pride; smile and you will feel so much better about yourself.
6. Eat well balanced meals and keep your energy levels high. Take some enjoyable exercise daily, even a 10 minute walk.
7. A positive self-image attracts attention. Become an exciting and interesting person who glows with self-confidence and knows there is much more to life than being a size 10.
8. Smile and the world smiles with you. Laugh more and you will look and feel great.
9. Love and appreciate your body as it is today. You are perfect the way you are.
10. See beyond the media hype and find your own inner happiness. Repeat a loving affirmation daily.
